Rinjani Mission – Booking Information
To confirm your trek, we kindly need the following details:
· Tour Package & Service Type (Deluxe / Standard)
· Full Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, Gender
· Passport Number + Photo
· Email & WhatsApp Number
· Height / Weight
· Date of Pick-Up & Pick-Up Area (Hotel / Airport in Lombok)
· Flight Number (if any)
· Trekking Start Date & Number of Participants
· 1 Night Stay in Senaru (before trekking – included)
Payment Terms:
· A deposit of USD 50 per quantity / person is required via PayPal:

· The balance is payable in cash upon arrival at our RinjaniMission office, or by Visa / MasterCard (3% surcharge).
· Please send us the proof of payment once completed.
Cancellation Policy:
· Deposits are non-refundable.
· No rescheduling once trekking tickets are issued.
· If you do not show up on the trekking date, the full amount is charged.
· By sending the deposit, you confirm agreement with our terms & conditions.
