Headlamp or Flashlight – Make sure the batteries are new or fully charged.
Comfortable Trekking/Hiking Shoes – Preferably waterproof and already broken in.
Basic Toiletries – Toothbrush, toothpaste, tissues, and other small necessities.
Sun Protection – Sunscreen, SPF lip balm, hat/cap, and UV-protected sunglasses.
Muscle Spray or Balm – Helpful for sore muscles or cramps.
Insect Repellent – Essential in forested or humid areas.
